*Conduct detailed credit assessments, analysing complex cases to deliver tailored lending solutions.
*Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and outstanding client outcomes.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
*Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as the team grows.
The Senior Mortgage Underwriter Package
*Salary: £80k - £90k - Higher salaries negotiable for the right person
*Bonuses: Generous performance-based bonuses, often exceeding 20%
