Job Description:
Salary: 30-34k
Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in the office
Outstanding consultancy based in the heart of the city are now looking for a permanent employee to join their busy and highly successful people team. This role is an administrative support role and the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support across their examinations and professional qualifications.
Typical Day-to-day duties include:
*Booking skills and training sessions for all trainees across the business
*Booking examinations
*Responsible for logging and updating qualification data across the business
*Sending out all exam communication - schedule/dates
*Organising and coordinating trainee induction days for the L&D team
*Continuous communication with the external training providers
*Developing a full understanding of their ’examination and qualification’ policies and processes across the business
*Support with the apprenticeship levy - ensuring all relevant information is registered and up-to-date
*Ensuring all trainee joiners and leavers reports are kept up-to-date
*Update and create employee contracts
*Update their HR system
*Manage training inbox and answer all queries from trainees and employees in relation to their examinations and qualifications
*Managing graduate employee data on their website - from on-boarding to leavers
Ideal candidate attributes/knowledge
*Experience of working in an administrative role is essential
*Coordinated and provided administrative support for professional training courses/qualifications
*Understanding of professional qualifications and the apprenticeship levy
*Highly organised, detail orientated
*Proactive and able to manage tasks using initiative
*Team player
*Positive character
