Support Worker: Prison Leavers
Location: Bristol
Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5
Salary: £14.12 PAYE or 16.02 UMBRELLA
Contract type: Temp 3 Months +

*Demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges faced by prison leavers and a passion for supporting their transition.
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients
*Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
*Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic support system
*Bring a solutions-oriented mindset, able to think creatively and adapt to the unique needs of everyone
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborative Support Planning and Risk assessments
*Caseload Management.
*Income Maximisation.
*Building compliance checks.
*Housing & Move-on support.
Preferred Qualifications
*Relevant experience in the housing, social work, or criminal justice sectors
*A recognized qualification in a related field, such as social care or community development
