Juice is excited to partner with a leading designer, importer, and wholesaler of iconic brands. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Melksham.
You will be a key member of the team working closely with the Customer Service Manager ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to independent and larger customers, and orders are processed efficiently.
DAY TO DAY:
*Order processing and management for the UK and US customers.
*Supporting the sales team with key accounts.
*Being point of contact via the telephone and maintain key email accounts.
*Maintaining and communicating forecast information internally.
*Booking deliveries with customers via phone, email, portals and the website.
*Processing customer credits and replacements.
*Handling customer issues and escalating complaints when required.
*Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched within SLAs.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
*Professional and personable communicator.
*Confident in all Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
*Fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
*Able to multitask and prioritise.
*Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
*Experience in SAGE 200 or similar would be advantageous.
