Customer Portfolio Account Manager - Contract Renewals - Customer Experience
£32,000 basic with bonus structure up to £50,000 top AND 26 days holidays plus all BH - Monday to Friday 9-5pm with awesome on site gym and Times Top 100 winning culture!
Superb fast-paced B2B account management role - contract renewals - objection handling - grow a portfolio of accounts.
100% account management - 2 years account management experience essential!

Office based in gorgeous Manchester. (Very close to public transport & parking)
Grow an exciting client base - Manage retain, negotiate, upsell and cross sell - 100% contract renewals and upgrades.

The Role:
*Grow the partner portfolio, by developing and nurturing your accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
*Day-to-day management of the portfolio, including consultant training sessions (either online or face to face), proactive outreach to existing partners
*Regular meetings face-to-face (where appropriate) and virtual meetings, phone calls and emails to manage partners
Who will you be?
*A salesperson, motivated and determined to do well with very strong 2 years+ in B2B sales with the ability to thrive in a KPI driven environment
*Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely (potentially) life changing solution and service
*You will no1 have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a genuinely achievable, lucrative bonus/commission
