The Private Equity Director will play a pivotal role within the Tax department of a leading professional services firm. The role will involve providing expert advice to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in relation to their tax affairs.

*Provide expert tax advice to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
*Develop and implement effective tax strategies and plans.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Lead and manage a team of tax professionals.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
*Liaise with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
*Contribute to the development of the firm’s tax advisory services.
*Participate in industry events and forums to represent the firm and stay abreast of industry developments.
Profile
A successful Private Equity Director should have:
*A professional qualification in tax or a related field.
*Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
*Proven experience in a leadership role within a tax department.
