*Partner with senior stakeholders to assess trends and provide strategic insights.
*Lead on operational business performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
*Deliver financial models and forecasts to support long-term business goals.
*Create board-level reports to inform leadership decision-making.
*Conduct detailed operational and financial analysis to improve efficiencies.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business strategies and outcomes.
*Develop key metrics and benchmarks to assess organisational performance.
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven projects.
Profile
The successful FP&A Analyst will be part or nearly qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate:
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
*Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Job Offer
*Competitive Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus.
*Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office + Occasional travel to London (expensed).
