Job Description:
Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll take the lead on partnership initiatives, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and deliver maximum value. Your main areas of focus will include:
*Project Management: Lead partnership projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery On Time In Full (OTIF).
*Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including partners, hospitality and creative agencies, category teams, consumer experience teams, and local markets.
*Reporting and Analysis: Deliver clear status updates, KPI tracking, and insightful presentations to measure and communicate the success of projects.
*Budget Management: Oversee and coordinate the team’s budget, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with project goals.
Your Ideal Background To excel in this role, you’ll need a combination of experience and skills that include:
* Professional Experience:
*Proven experience in sponsorship or partnership management.
*Strong project management background, ideally gained in consultancy, event agencies, or social media consultancies.
*Familiarity with digital insights and performance metrics (KPIs).
* Soft Skills:
*A positive, can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across different levels and functions.
