Site Administrator - 12-18-Month Temporary Contract (Glasgow)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Glasgow
Contract Duration: 12-18 months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Site Administrator to join our team in Glasgow on a 12-18-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support for general office administration and document control.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide general office support, including managing communications, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
*Support document control activities, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping of project-related documents.
*Assist with maintaining project schedules and managing site-related paperwork.
*Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and updating internal systems.
*Work closely with site workers to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
*Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronically and physically.
*Support the project manager with logistical coordination and documentation.
Key Requirements:
*Strong administrative skills with experience in office management and document control.
*Site experience is desirable but not essential.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
