Job Title: Internal Sales - Electrical Accessories
Construction Sector: Internal Sales, Sales, Electrical Wholesale, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, End Users, Trade, Electrician, Sales Engineer, Electrical Products, Cable, Cables, Cable Accessories, Data Cable, Power Cable, Rail, Construction, Infrastructure
Location: London
Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus, £8,000 p/a
Benefits: Pension, Health, 20 Days +
The role of the Internal Sales - Electrical Accessories will involve:
*Internal sales role selling a range of cables & accessories
*Selling into a wide range of industries including: rail, construction, infrastructure, aerospace, retail, oil & gas etc.
*Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email providing advice to customers around products
*Liaise internally & externally to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders
*Produce quotes for smaller orders and follow up where appropriate
*Providing excellent customer service to existing customer base
*Dealing with order values ranging from £1,000 - £100,000
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Electrical Accessories with:
*Must have office experience, in a B2B sales/ account management position but would consider someone from within a customer service or sale administration role
*Ideally will have sales experience within the electrical or construction industry
*Technical industry experience such as HVAC, fixings, plumbing, electrical, industrial, data centres advantageous but not essential
*Must be confident on the phone
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
*Excellent communication skills across all levels
*Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
