Job Description:
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
We are currently seeking a Meetings and Diary Secretary, to join our team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral.
The purpose of this role is to effectively support the Canon Chancellor, Canon Precentor and Director of Development in their roles by providing support for Chapter Committee/Advisory Committee meetings and events, to manage their diaries and providing ad hoc general administrative support as required.
The successful applicant will:
· have proven organisation, prioritisation and time management skills;
· have confident, clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal;
· have proven experience in diary management and taking accurate minutes and actions; and
· have excellent IT skills.

· Our annual holiday allowance is 25 days plus bank holidays
