Job Description:
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and detail-orientated Project Accountant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the global growth of this established business by managing and overseeing financial aspects of multi-site projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and success of these projects, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the CFO.
Main duties/responsibilities:
*Manage and oversee multi-site capex projects.
*Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
*Scrutinise and challenge data to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to support project decision-making.
*Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Support multi-site projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will be/have:
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project accounting or capex project management.
*Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
*Ability to constructively challenge and scrutinise data.
*Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of interacting with a range of stakeholders.
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multi-site projects advantageous.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
