*Processing invoices and expense forms
*Managing the payment run and supplier queries
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Assisting with month-end reporting
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
*Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
*Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
*Supporting other finance-related tasks as required
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
*A strong background in Accounting or Finance
*Proficiency in financial software systems, knowledge of Xero
*Excellent numerical skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Good communication and team working skills
