Description
*Efficiently managing the company’s accounts receivable portfolio
*Ensuring timely collection of payments
*Resolving billing and customer credit issues
*Processing new credit applications
*Reviewing credit terms for existing customers
*Developing and implementing improvements to the credit control process
*Preparing monthly reports on credit control activity
*Adhering to all industry regulations and company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Proven experience in a Credit Control role within the industrial or manufacturing industry
*Strong knowledge of account receivable principles and collection procedures
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Job Offer
*An annual salary range of £27,000 - £35,000
