Job Description:
As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the company’s financial operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of key finance functions and support strategic decision-making.

*Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
*Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.
*Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
*Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management.
*Lead and mentor junior finance team members, fostering professional development.
*Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
*Continuously review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
*Support strategic projects, including system implementation and financial modelling.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
*Part-qualified or finalist-level in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
