We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity at one of our Estate Agency clients based in Ascot. They are a multi-award-winning modern, independent Estate Agent. They pride themselves on the wealth of experience and knowledge they have in the home counties and London area, with a background in large multi-office, and independent agency. They understand what it takes to be a good estate agency, with providing quality customer service with excellent results.

The ideal candidate must possess at least 1 year’s experience within Estate Agency sales, with ambition and drive to be successful and someone who is looking for long term progression opportunities.

Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Senior Sales Negotiator position include:
*Basic up to £25,000
*OTE £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm with every other Saturday 9am - 5pm
*Parking at the office
*12 month progression and training plan
Main responsibilities for this role of Senior Sales Negotiator include:
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Canvassing to bring on new properties
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role include:
*Must have 1 year’s experience within Estate Agency sales
*High level of customer service skills
*Ambitious with the drive to succeed
*The desire to work well in a team
*Excellent telephone manner
*Well presented and self-motivated
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
