Job Description:
Leading US law firm is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to join their London Office on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an Admin or Facilities Support professional looking to take the next step in their career.
*Salary up to £33,000
*Office based 5 days a week

Facilities Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
*Administrative tasks and functions related to the office facilities and functions of the London office such as general maintenance and repairs, vendor relations etc.
*Assist with coordination of office maintenance programs, construction projects, office moves as directed
*Member of the office emergency response team
*Participate in office security operations, including updates to security system, maintenance key card program
*Act as administrative contact with internal and external parties
*Oversee external parties (such as contractors) when they are on site
*Oversee the Facilities Helpdesk Inbox
*Take ownership of the New Joiners Inductions and Building Tour
Facilities Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:
*At least 2 years’ of admin/facilities support within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment
*Proficient in office systems (e.g. BMS, Zutec, Simmtronic, Lighting System)
*Working knowledge of H&S Assessments, Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
*IOSH accreditation is perferred
*Confident with MS Office
