About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role located in Leeds for an Information Technology Support Technician. The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to desktop users and computers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
*Excellent problem-solving abilities
*Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
*CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification(s) is a plus
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Essential Skills
*Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
*Desktop Computer troubleshooting and deployment
*Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and antivirus software
