Job Description:
Accounts Administrator *Temporary Role (4-6 weeks)
*Location: Waltham Abbey
*Hourly Rate: £13 - £15 depending on experience
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position within a social housing company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the social housing or property sector, with a flexible start in early February 2025.
Day-to-day of the role: *Utilising Square Software for daily banking activities.
*Handling daily invoicing tasks.
*Chasing payments and resolving queries related to them.
*Converting square payments into jobs.
*Allocating BACS payments in Simpro.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience within the social housing or property sector is preferred.
*Proficiency in using Simpro Software is advantageous.
*Experience with Square Software is beneficial.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
