Job Description:
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for Technical Partnership Manager based in Tewkesbury
DAY TO DAY:
*Identifying new business opportunities for events
*Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
*Building relationships with new clients and understanding their need
*Developing proposals to send across to potential new clients
*Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
*Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
*Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
*Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
*Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
*To support the Partnerships Director to achieve the targets set that contribute to the overall company goals.
*Be responsible for quality control in terms of equipment specification of the correct equipment not only for assigned projects but for all other ongoing projects.
*To be accountable for operational efficiency with correct Margins. Also measure and report on Pipeline.
*Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
*Liaise directly with customers on & off site. (Weekend working may apply when running exhibitions )
*Attending client visits on a regular basis
*To deliver all set KPi’s.
*Report figures on a weekly basis, on 6-month pipeline.
Experience Required:
*Knowledge and interest in the AV market is desirable
*Exhibitions and events experience is desirable
*Ensure all customer details and needs are met and exceeded
*Strong client relationship management experience
*A level of interpersonal skills sufficient to enable the post holder to establish and maintain credibility with the most senior internal and external contacts.
*Ability to make key commercial decisions to help meet both external and internal budgets.
*The ability to work under pressure and remain upbeat in difficult circumstances.
*Organised, with an eye for detail.
Monday - Friday 9-5:30PM
