Job Description:
A highly respected and busy independent sales and lettings agent is looking for an organised, office based Administrator for their Minehead office with a salary of £24-26,000.
This is an exciting role with lots of customer interaction in a thriving and interesting industry. They are looking for a hard-working and personable person, who is articulate and well-presented, a real team player and a person with a "can-do" attitude. They are a down to earth and friendly team and are looking for a customer focused and organised person who can roll their sleeves up and deliver in a busy environment. Responsibilities include answering the phone, booking appointments, producing sales particulars and window cards, sending emails and letters and general administration. You don’t need experience but need great admin and IT skills, be good with people, be well presented and articulate and keen to learn about the property industry.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 5.30pm finish and one in three Saturday mornings. In return, there is salary in the region of £24-26,000 depending on experience. This is a great company with a super reputation both as an employer and a property agent. Please contact Fran Kent for details.
