Hays & Accountancy and Finance are working with a growing construction company based in south Wolverhampton who offer a bespoke service to their customers looking to add an Assistant Clerk to their team
Your new role
*Assist the Credit Control Manager in managing the company’s credit control processes.
*Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
*Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
*Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve payment issues.
What you’ll need to succeed
*Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role is preferred.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
