Previous estate agency experience would be required, along with a sales and target driven character and hard work ethic, a proven track record in valuing property and bringing it to the market is a must.
This is a role for someone who is motivated to not simply wait for the phone to ring or leads to appear, but also to search for additional business and seek out the thrill of winning it by getting houses to the market or agreeing sales.

The client will expect the successful individual to be willing to go the extra mile to expand the portfolio, this will include touting, chasing business and networking. The successful candidate will be professional, courteous, enthusiastic and possess great customer service skills.

A generous salary and package is being offered dependent on experience of the candidate and their sales background. there is also a car allowance.
