Shifts Available

AM SHIFT: 07:00 - 14:30 - Responsibilities:
*Adhere to on-site health and safety regulations.
*Prepare flowers by conditioning them, which includes:
*Removing outer packaging, trimming stems, removing lower foliage, and conducting basic quality checks.
*Handle a range of floral stems (including roses with thorns).
*Communicate any quality concerns with line leaders to uphold high standards.
*Conduct general cleaning duties to keep the workspace safe and tidy.

PM SHIFT: 12:30 - 20:00 - Responsibilities:
*Pack a variety of products, including bouquets, house plants, dried flowers, and gift sets, with boxing and labelling.
*Use specific pallet specifications to palletise and cage finished products for transport.
*Raise any quality concerns with line leaders to maintain our high standards.
*Perform light cleaning duties to keep the workspace organised and efficient.
