We are pleased to be supporting a high growth Distribution business with sites in the North East in their search for an experienced Warehouse Manager to look after one of their sites in the Peterlee area.

The Role
•    Management of product flow throughout the warehouse from goods in through pick to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
•    Management of the warehouse team in terms of both performance and motivation
•    Ensuring customer service metrics are achieved

This role will suit a drive, proactive warehouse leader who is looking to progress within a fast paced, high growth business!
The Person
Skills & Knowledge Specification

•    Experience within a busy FMCG warehouse environment
•    Proven people manager
•    Previous accountability for inventory management
•    Confident systems user, Excel essential
