Location: West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey
Job Type: Flexible (Full-time and Part-time positions available)

*Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
*Help monitor and record the progress of students, providing feedback to the teacher.
*Supervise children during play times, lunchtimes, and on school trips.
*Prepare resources and materials for lessons and classroom activities.
Requirements:
*Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role supporting children.
*Passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
*Good organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday, standard school hours.
