Job Description:

Juice Recruitment is thrilled to be supporting a leading property business based in Corsham in their search for a Property Administrator to join their friendly team.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of several properties within a portfolio. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to excel under pressure, and loves providing fantastic customer service.
DAY TO DAY:
*Overseeing all property maintenance issues.
*Coordinating property inspections and creating detailed reports.
*Recording, reporting, and advising on maintenance issues and liaising with contractors.
*Processing invoices efficiently.
*Managing compliance administration to ensure all safety checks and certifications are in place.
*Taking ownership of contractor management, end-of-tenancy processes, and supporting general day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
*Strong administration skills with a genuine interest in the property industry.
*A clear, honest, and concise communicator with a can-do attitude.
*A positive and motivated individual eager to learn and develop.
*Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
*A valid driving licence and be confident driving to different localities, including their other office 1-2 times a week.
AND FOR YOU:
*Comprehensive training with the opportunity to obtain further qualifications.
*Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
*Pension scheme.
*Parking.
*No weekend work.
