The Securities Services Sales team is responsible for both identifying new opportunities with existing clients as well as originating brand-new relations and business for the Bank.
You will take responsibility for business origination in the UK with a remit to sell the Bank’s worldwide securities services footprint across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.
You will report to the UK Head of Sales for Securities Services and will be based in London, UK and will develop and lead sales origination efforts covering clients across UK.

Your key responsibilities *Identifying, formulating and owning specific go-to-market sales campaigns for assigned client personas
*Responsibility to profitably grow Securities Services revenue across a portfolio of existing Securities Services, institutional client names and targets
*Working closely with broader Securities Services team globally, and other Corporate Bank products and Deutsche Bank divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver against revenue targets
*Representing Securities Services within and outside Deutsche Bank Group (including client forums, conferences, and road shows)
*Management of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to structure sales campaigns and maintain reliable sales pipeline with a view to increasing product sales. Assistance in the completion of client proposals and presentations
*Production of clear account plans for a portfolio of clients and briefing memos when required. Adhering to and promoting timely, transparent documentation of sales activities through call reports and the use of Salesforce
Your skills and experience *Strong track-record of sales ownership and origination. Relevant product knowledge
*Ability to demonstrate success in developing and executing origination strategies
*Experience of working with Financial Institutions and an extensive contact network preferable
*Excellent communication skills, with an ability to write clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior stakeholders
*Strong negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise against tight deadlines, effectively influence stakeholders and drive change in a global organisation
*Proficient with Salesforce CRM application is preferable. Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance team production and cohesiveness
