Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Crawley)

Position Details:
*Location: Crawley, West Sussex
*Salary: £83.33 to £87 per day (dependant on experience)
*Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
*Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in the daily life of the school by:
*Supporting teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
*Working closely with students, offering one-to-one or small-group support to help them thrive academically.
*Assisting with classroom management and creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.
*Providing extra help to students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional requirements.
*Offering encouragement, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome challenges and achieve their best.
