Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance Department in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and finance within the property industry.

Description
*Manage payroll functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
*Oversee payroll-related tax compliance activities.
*Work closely with HR to align payroll and HR procedures.
*Prepare reports for senior management on payroll matters.
*Communicate with employees about their pay and benefits.
*Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislations.
*Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing.
*Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.
Profile
Qualifications/Education Required.
*CIPP Qualified (essential)
*Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
Systems & IT competence
*Excellent Excel and Word skills (essential)
*SSP, SMP, SPP & SPL (essential)
*SAP / Working Life experience (desirable)
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
*10 years payroll experience in a specialist role.
*Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Job Offer
