Job Description:
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and customer service? A dynamic company in Kent is seeking a BDM to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading provider of ventilation and service solutions.
About the Role
As a key member of the service and sales department, you will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting a portfolio of service offerings. The role involves a blend of business development, customer relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver outstanding service solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and aftersales solutions.
*Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
*Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions.
*Conduct client visits, deliver product demonstrations, and present tailored proposals.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC, kitchen ventilation, or related industries.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Results-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
*Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
*Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend site visits.
