Description
The Role - Management Accountant
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will be responsible for a range of key financial activities, including but not limited to:
*Preparation of management accounts with detailed commentary
*Completion of all balance sheet reconciliations
*Creation of weekly sales forecasts and flash reports
*Posting of all month-end journals
*Preparation of board packs for initial review
*Management of all inter company reconciliations
*Handling of VAT submissions
*Addressing fleet-related queries
Profile
The Requirements
*Part Qualified and actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA qualification
*Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in producing a full set of management accounts with analysis
*Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong IT skills, including excel.
*Ability to prioritise workload.
