Description
*Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes.
*Collaborate with various departments to gather information and make informed financial decisions.
*Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
*Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
*Support the strategic planning process with accurate financial information.
*Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
*Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
*Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
*Extensive experience in a similar role within the consumer industry.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
*Exposure to BI tools would be highly advantageous.
Job Offer
*A competitive salary range of up to £65,000 per annum, plus a £6,000 car and package.
