Role - Cover Supervisor
Start Date - ASAP
Daily rate - £90 - £110 a day depending on experience
Location - Folkestone
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisor to support a range of secondary schools in the Folkestone area.
The Role:
*Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence
*Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively
*Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
*Provide support to students as needed
*Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures
Requirements:
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments
*Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
*Ability to manage behaviour effectively
*Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
*Legal right to work in the UK
