Package Role - Plant Manager
Location - Botcherby
Contract Type - Permanent
Working Pattern - Office based
Salary - £120,000 + 20% bonus

Responsibilities
*Lead the beverage cans and ends manufacturing site, ensuring optimal performance across all KPIs
*Develop and implement strategies to meet plant objectives in Safety, HR, Environment, Quality, Production, and Cost Control
*Foster a strong Safety culture and ensure compliance with all policies
*Mentor and coach the Plant Management team, building trusting relationships with employees
*Prepare and manage budgets, analysing cost variances to drive efficiency
Essential Skills
*Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
*NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
*Previous work experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role
*In-depth knowledge of business principles, including budgeting and cost control
Desirable Skills
*Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
*Knowledge of food safety and management systems
