Description
The duties include:
* Chase outstanding debt via telephone and email
* Help to resolve accounts queries
* Responsible for credit checking customers
* Setting credit limit and payment terms
* Raising credit notes
* Maintain and update customer files
* Analyse and post incoming customer payments onto Customer accounts
* Request remittances from customers and reconcile account differences.
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
*Have experience working in a similar credit control role - Essential
*Be good at building long term and productive relationships - Essential
*Have excellent communication and organisational skills - Essential
*Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
