About the Role:
*Position: Year 3 Teaching Assistant

What You’ll Do:
*Support the Year 3 class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
*Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide tailored support
*Assist in creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Help children reach their full potential, both academically and personally
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with primary-aged children (preferably in Year 3 or KS2)
*A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A passion for education and a commitment to making learning fun and accessible
*Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
