Location: Enfield
Job Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only, February Start
Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day

We are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming secondary school in Enfield, North London. This role offers hands-on experience, working closely with the SEN department to make a real difference in students’ lives.
What You’ll Be Doing: * Classroom Support
*Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* One-to-One and Group Support
*Provide focused assistance to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups, helping them overcome challenges and excel academically.
* Resource Management
*Ensure teaching materials and resources are organised and ready for lessons.
* Tracking Student Progress
*Monitor and document student progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and contributing to assessments.
* Extracurricular Activities
*Get involved in clubs, workshops, and field trips to enrich students’ educational experience.
What We’re Looking For: *A Graduate Degree
(Preferred subjects: Maths, English, Science, Languages, Sport, Humanities - but all considered).
*Experience with Children
Examples: Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or Support Worker roles.
*Passion for Education
A desire to inspire and guide young learners.
*Organised and Reliable
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
*Strong Communication Skills
Engage and motivate students while working collaboratively with teachers and staff.
*Team Player
Work well within a supportive school community.
