We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team, providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance.
What you’ll be doing:
*Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, handling telephone and in-person queries with professionalism and warmth.
*Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
*Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records using administrative systems.
*Supporting the school team with organisational tasks and assisting with day-to-day office duties.
*Ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area that reflects the school’s values.
What you’ll bring:
*Proven experience in reception and administration, with a strong focus on customer service.
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
*Knowledge of SIMS or previous experience working in a school environment (advantageous but not essential).
*A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
