We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Accrington after the February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to Year 5 pupils.
*Plan, prepare, and mark lessons in line with the curriculum.
*Support pupils’ emotional and academic development.
*Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community.
*Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience preferred).
*Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

*Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the school community.
