Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing Engineering business in W. Berkshire as an interim payroll manager (UK), immediately. Managing a small team with approx. 2,000 employees across the UK.

Description
UK Payroll Manager (Interim)
*Processing of monthly payrolls - with pension and benefits included
*Preparation and submission of monthly RTI’s to HMRC
*System management
*Process BACS for all UK Payrolls
*Oversight of 2,000 employees across multiple payrolls
*Manage a small team of payroll advisors/administrators
*Prepare all information for all external and internal reports
*Year end procedures - e.g. P11D’s for all payrolls
*Escalation point for all payroll queries for the payroll team and wider employees
Profile
UK Payroll Manager (Interim)
*Immediately available or available on short notice
*Strong experience of team management and leading
*Ability to process end to end payroll (manually)
*CIPP qualifications (desirable)
*Knowledge of current payroll legislation
*Strong verbal and written communication
*Strong accounting/payroll background
*Commutable distance to W. Berkshire

*Salary: Dependent on previous experience/interview performance (hourly rate equivalent to c. £50,000 - £60,000 per annum)
