We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department in this impressive business in the Oxford area. This role requires an individual who can support the financial decision-making process by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.

Description
The Finance Business Partner will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
*Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
*Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
*Provide financial expertise and advice to non-finance staff.
*Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
*Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
*Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
*Assist with the preparation of management reports.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
*Excellent analytical skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and databases.
*Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
*Strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
