Key Role Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive sales support for directors and account managers.
*Manage the sales pipeline and quoting process with end-to-end ownership.
*Communicate with clients, follow up on inquiries, and address their needs.
*Collaborate with distributors, partners, and manufacturers to resolve stock and pricing queries.
*Ensure all new sales registrations are accurately processed and required information is gathered.
*Produce and maintain monthly Salesforce reports and align with internal sales trackers.
*Act as a point of contact for sales events, maintaining progress updates and communication.
*Keep legal templates up to date for contract preparation and ensure compliance.
*Support marketing events and assist in updating applicable databases.
*Perform quality checks on work and handle ad hoc duties as needed.
Key Attributes Required:
*Proven ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
*Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
*Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
