Early Years Teaching Assistant/Nursery Practitioner - Islington
SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to recruit on behalf of a fantastic primary school located in the London Borough of Islington. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years/Nursery Practitioner to join their Under 3’s Provision, supporting children aged 6 months to 3 years old.
About the Role: *Position: Early Years/Nursery Practitioner
*Location: London Borough of Islington
*Start Date: Immediate - January 2025
*Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM
*Contract: Long-term
Key Responsibilities: *Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
*Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children under 3 years old.
*Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
*Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to the individual needs of the children.
*Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements: *Ideally, hold a CACHE Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
*A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
*Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
