The Graduate Building Surveyor Role As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, engaging in a variety of tasks designed to challenge and develop your skills.
With comprehensive APC support and training, this role offers a structured pathway to becoming chartered while gaining exposure to an exciting range of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with Contract Administration duties across diverse projects.
*Supporting and advising on Party Wall Matters.
*Managing Dilapidations and related assessments.
*Conducting Building Surveys, with a focus on pathology and defects diagnosis.
*Preparing Licences to Alter and Schedules of Condition.
*Gaining hands-on exposure to Expert Witness assignments.
The Graduate Building Surveyor will have *Education: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
*Ambition: A strong desire to work towards APC accreditation and excel in the profession.
*Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Attributes: A keen eye for detail and a passion for building surveying.

In Return *Salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
