*Handle and process transactions
*Responsible for collecting cash across the debtors ledger
*Maintain accurate records of all retail transactions
*Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
*Resolve any issues or discrepancies in retail transactions
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
*Support audit processes as required
*Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
