*Hotel Sales Manager
*80 bed 3/4 Star Hotel Near Reading
*Salary £45k
*Near Reading, United Kingdom
We are recruiting a Hotel Sales Manager for a 3/4-star hotel near Reading, catering for the busy M4 business corridor area. We require a skilled and experienced professional with a strategic mindset, able to target and grow the hotel’s hospitality business, which includes meeting and conference facilities and conference and Banqueting facilities for 180 pax.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sales plans
*Manage a portfolio of accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
*Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
*Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and ensure seamless service provision.
*Negotiate contracts and packages to optimize profitability.
*Prepare sales reporting.
*Collaborate closely with departments to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
*Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand networks and generate new business opportunities.
Skills:
*Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
*Strong understanding of hospitality market trends.
*Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Salary: £45,000
Position Type: Full-time (40 hours per week).
