About the Roles:
We are looking for passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you are dedicated to education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
*Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
*Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
*Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
*Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
*Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
Requirements:
*Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
*Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
*Thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Caring and compassionate approach towards students.
*Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
