Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central Edinburgh
Hours: 36 hours, Monday - Friday between 0830 - 1700
Start Date: Monday 17th February 2025
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Pay rate: £13.48 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our public sector client as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients’ customers.

Key Responsibilities:
*Providing excellent customer service to clients via telephone
*Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
*Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as required
*Updating and maintaining customer records in the system
*Contributing to team targets and KPIs

Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
*Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
