Job Description:
Are you an experienced Receptionist and would like to work for a very successful international company, working within a dynamic and fast paced environment? There is a salary of £23,000 plus many benefits including onsite parking. As the company’s first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and provide excellent customer service.
The Role:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Provide accurate information to inquiries over the phone and in-person
· Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
· Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
· Previous experience as a receptionist
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· You will be friendly and professional with great organisation skills
· Multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Friendly and approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
